Great food which is quite filling so be careful with the amount of food you order. I love the waiters they are so nice and easy to talk to. I think that you can never leave without having a conversation with them. They are so nice. I like that this restaurant is hidden and near the train station so you can’t see it that easily. Which I love. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking to try different types of food and drinks. They are also very friendly to dogs so if you have one they will not only take care of you also the dog.

We tried the Peking duck in Zen, which was of a good quality, not great though. The decoration was probably the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately the prices for this level of quality are outrages, even for Swiss standards. Regardless of the high price they are charging you extra for every bit, like a few additional pancakes for the duck.

Good spot for weekend dim sum. They have an extensive menu with a decent selection of Chinese teas too. It was completely empty when we visited for Sunday lunch—we were the only customers at the restaurant the whole time. The service was very friendly and efficient

Everything I say is not enough for all the praise I can give to this five stars restaurant, but I will try. I have been to this place several times and it rocks. The Pekin Duck is incredible, the Dim Sum is the best in Switzerland, the Chef is constantly updating the menu with new dishes, and the service very correct. All to be expected from a Restaurant with mentions in the best gourmet guides. This is the real experience, totally better than those other fast Chinese food places in Zurich. Make yourself a favor. Visit Zen restaurant and treat yourself with a Pekin duck. And finish it with fried ice cream. A total blast. You will get the very best.
