Coming from Singapore where there are a ton of ramen champion shops, I actually preferred Yukiguni’s broth by a mile. I had the shoyu + classic base of chicken and pork. It was so light on the tongue yet so umami. My friend had the seafood base and I feel like I’ve never tasted the same kind of bonito clarity anywhere else. If you’re a fan of the 72 hour tonkotsu style with the heavy collagen slick, this may not be the place for you.We were bummed by the hard-boiled egg though, and if the intention was really to suit local tastes, there’s no reason to cook it till the green sulphur ring appears around the yolk.

I like their Yukiguni with shoyu + classic base of chicken and pork broth. It was a light soup perfect for cold weather.

Been here twice. It’s as authentic as one could get in Europe for a reasonable price. I still haven’t come across the service issue as other mentioned here. Food always come in time and beers come within a minute. Definitely will keep visiting this.

A tall black guy waiter has the most arrogant attitude ever. We waited our ramen for 40 minutes and asked the waiter why it took so long. He rolled his eyes and didn’t give any explanation.@the owner of the cute ramen place: He chose to dump the 4 portions of ramen away. Take a good look at your material costs and don’t let them ruin your business 😊

It wasn’t my first ramen, but was the worst .The waitress asked me to change the table (I choose for 4 people (I was with my husband), because for two it was on the sun). I said that it would be uncomfortable to me to seat down their. She insisted. I changed the table, but 3 minutes later the table for 4 was occupied by 2 people again. I don’t understand why she didn’t ask them also to change the table. It was rather unpleasant. So I spent time on the sun (after 8h working day) with bad ramen.Thank you for unpleasant end of the day.

I have been craving for ramen since I got to Geneva a few weeks ago. Granted, we are not in Japan (or just Asia bec we also get good ramen in Manila) but given the reviews I had very high expectations of this place. The ramen was a good size, but overall the broth was mostly just salty and I was missing that lovely umami taste from broth that was prepared for a long time typical of a good ramen. Even the egg is not a proper ramen egg. The service was lovely though and the servers were very patient with our lack of French.

Itadakimasu! I was over the moon with this. After searching every town I visit for decent ramen, finally I’ve found some. It’s what you’d expect from a ramen shop, fairly small, busy and bustling. Staff is accommodating, friendly and funny and food is absolutely great. I had the Yukiguni ramen that comes with three slices of tender (lean) chashu, an unfortunately hard boiled tamago, nori, leek, bean sprouts and all their fragrant oils (garlic, black sesame and spice). I added some extra yuzu broth for a citrussy flavor (best idea ever) and finished with an extra portion (kadamae) of those springy and wonderfully chewy noodles. I couldn’t wipe that smile off my face and didn’t even think of the CHF30+ that I just paid anymore. Other than the over the top pricing and the missed chance of a waxy tamago I have no regrets and feel nothing but gratitude for this lovely dinner. Domo arigato gozaimas!

Small ramen shop with outdoor seating. Three types of broth: chicken & pork, pork, and vegetarian. It’s really easy to customize your broth, base, and toppings. The portions are decent but pricey, but that’s Switzerland. The gyoza wasn’t typically made (in the fan shape) and the consistency of the chicken filling was different. The red bean cake tasted store bought.
