We shared the Swiss dry aged sirloin beef steak of 200 grams with grilled vegetables and bernaise sauce and the beef carapaccio between 2 people, paired with some merlot. The steak was cooked to perfection and flavored just right. The Irish beef carapaccio with celery truffle cream was the ideal summer starter.

We visited the beef steakhouse when the all you can eat offer was active and they allowed us to have multiple rounds of dinosaur ribs , salad and French fries at the price of 28chf and until now it’s all good.Unfortunately they had multiple orders at the same time resulting in a lack of available servings and in long wait times. That meant that the planning for the all you can eat day wasn’t on point.Anyways , the owner (I think) came and apologized multiple times and offered us a free round of beers and that has been really appreciated.About the food, of course, being all you can eat I didn’t expect the best meat cut but it was a bit too fat. Also the cuts differed hugely in size and fat quantity. Overall , anyways, it wasn’t bad.French fries were on point and on request they bring us sauces.Honestly it wasn’t a particularly good experience but I believe that we just found ourselves there at the worst time and that’s why I give 4 stars. If I will ever come back to Bern I would definitely give it a second chance.

not tasty at all. i order wagyu burger and french fries. nothing was good in this burger from the meat THAT COME WELL DONE WHEN I ASKED MEDIUM to the patty and bad sause that doesn’t belong.but a good service

Great cuisine where you can enjoy really delicious beef stakes. Really friendly staffs you can get nice and kind service. I had 200g of ‘Swiss dry aged Grand cru Beef selection for Sirlion and was good 👍 choice. Really recommend folks!Will come again if come to Bern.

We had the Wagyu Taste Menu. The food was very good. Staff was very kind and asked if we wanted to wait a few minutes before getting the main course.

What to say about The Beef. You want amazing tender beef than you have to go their. Nice beef selection from all around the world and the bison is great too. The side are really good. Service is tip top. The home made bbq sauce is really good. The 4 peices trail menu is a go to for sure. Would go back in a heart beat for sure.

The best Steakhouse in Kanton Bern. Our service was outstanding, the location beautiful and the meals were heavenly. The prices can be a bit steep, but the meals and staff are definitely worth it.
