The stay at Swiss Dewa was ideal and I would be happy to stay again. We had a friendly welcome from Kanam who was happy to help with anything.Perfect location for shopping in Luzern. Easy walk to the main train, bus and boat stations.Room was clean, modern and had a huge comfortable bed. Shower and vanity basin were in the room but there is a shared toilet in the hall, which wasn’t a problem for us.The rooms are above the restaurant but didn’t smell of cooking as I’ve experienced before. We didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the food looked nice. A stay here is highly recommended.

The owner and the atmosphere are lovely, almost feels like being invited to their home. The food is amazing! The dumplings in particular were the best I’ve ever tasted. Totally recommend.

Stopped by because of the pretty decorations and ordered a butter tea. The owner was so sweet and the tea was delicious! I will definitely come back for the momos. Edit-I decided to order the momos as well and they were the best I’ve ever had! I got a half meat/half veggie combo 🙂

The best Tibetan food in Switzerland! We have tried others around the country but no other restaurant offers authentic and delicious Tibetan food with excellent service like we received here. By far the best food in a cosy setting!

Our stay at the Swiss Dewa was excellent, and the location cannot be beat for access to everything in Lucerne. The restaurant is also superb — we had both the momos and noodle soup. The owners went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and returning an item left behind in the hotel room.

We had fried beef momo and steamed veg momos. Both were excellent. And beautiful atmosphere and very friendly hosts. Had interesting conversation about connections between Tibet and India and our hometown Kolkata. 🙂

Yummiest momos!! Cute little Tibetan restaurant. Lovely lady gave us a warm welcome and also explained the nutritious value of the momos we ordered. We got one extram momo for being the first customers of the day…yey!!
