Good menu but my portion was tasteless! I added a little salt and pepper and it brought a little more flavor. the pasta had a good feel and the vegetables were also well cooked, but the chicken was too dry! the service was quick and hasty, so there was no picture of what it really could have been! Portions was very big!

What a delightful and delicious experience. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Our waiter was fantastic and our meals arrived in a timely manner. Serving beef on a hot stones are THE best! Old Town does it exceptionally well.

Good food. BAD service.At the beginning everything was fine, but the steak took 45 minutes to arrive. During the waiting we were totally ignored by the waiters. When it did arrived there was no apology, no explanation for the delay. Not perfect, but no big deal. Decided I wouldn’t give a tip and that’s it.When paying the waiter, middle aged guy with a short beard, stayed next to me, pressuring me to put a tip and looking at the machine to see how much would I put. He saw I didn’t and when leaving he said “thanks for the nice tip” in a mocking way.The food is good, but please do control your employees. With other good steakehouses in the city there is absolutely no reason to go back.

Good quality of Rib Eye Swiss Beef served on hot stone and varieties of side dish that you can select from menu. This is the best beef i have ever had! Good service and not wait so long. Highly recommend.

I came here on a rainy Sunday evening and stayed outside.The t bone steak was delicious even though a bit small. I appreciated the risotto side dish as healthier alternative to the classic French fries.Unfortunately the good things stop here as I was disappointed with the serving.First, the guy taking the order told me they do not serve tee, although I was able to find it in the menu and then he agreed to bring it. (Not a big deal so far).What upset me was that someone stopped me from going to the bathroom saying:”Only guests allowed”.Not sure what made him think I could not be a guest there but it did not feel good.For this reason I will probably not come back soon.

Excellent service standard exhibited by Ciprian and his team. He was very welcoming and patience with all our request and always keen to offer his recommendation to the menu according to our preference.His team constantly check on us and make sure that everything was well taken care off althought they were busy with other guest . The food was awesome and unique and for someone who wish to try out steak in a different way , it’s definitely a nice place to try .Overall we were impressed by the high service standard exhibited by the entire team and would like to thank the team for making our night in Zurich a good one.We will definitely patronise again when we are back next time and definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for nice place to dine in the city. Thank you.
