We went to Saltz for Valentine’s Day and ordered the Valentine’s special. It was a 5 course meal and everything tasted fantastic. We found the combination of flavors in every dish as well as the succession of dishes very much to our taste. The selection of wines by the glass and bottle was very good and made to accommodate all tastes. The time between the dishes was also optimal. The service was perfect – the staff maintained a great balance of professionalism and friendliness.Overall a very positive experience, we intend to go back.

Delicious food, first class service and very friendly anf attentive personnel! The view is also wonderful overlooking Zürich and its lake. You feels you are in the nature while you‘re only minuted away from the city. Definitely recommended.

We went to Saltz for the so called Dolder Brunch. That’s a special setting with a whole lot of small meals, desserts, bread, cheese and whatnot. Certain meals are served directly at the table, others are à la discretion, even Oysters. It starts at noon and lasts for about 3 hours, softdrinks, tee, coffee are included. We tried most everything available and each plate was delicious. The staff was great as well, welcoming and up to their task paying attention. They also know the products they serve very well.

We visited Saltz for the signature Dolder Brunch. It was a calm, comfortable and overall a very pleasant experience. We were sited on the terrace and enjoyed the wonderful views of the city and Zürich lake. While we definitely enjoyed ourselves, we did not find the experience extraordinary. Except for one, we were not wowed by the dishes – perhaps our expectations were too high.
