The place is in the middle of the classy location in Geneva with the splendid view of the Lac Léman. Beautiful place and service is good.It’s a pity because the food are not impressive, considering I ordered the most expensive in their Menu.

Found this gem inside a mall. There are 2 lifts that take you up to the bar and restaurant. To get the full menu you will need to sit inside in the restaurant.Bar offers entrée and situated on the outside, over looking the jet, lake and across to Four Season and Mont Blanc districtAtmosphere is amazing, relaxed and staff really helpful

Really nice view and a nice atmosphere. Service however is way below expectations and much worst than what we generally experienced in Switzerland. It’s a petty that the experience in such a nice place is ruined by the attitude of some of its employees

We were off to a rocky start, we were supposed to have drinks on the terrace first, but the some of the staff had quite a negative attitude and we did not feel welcomed at all. We did not get served after 20 mins so we decided to go straight to our table for our meal. Radical change, the person serving us, Nadir, went out of his way to make us feel at ease, the food was delicious and we managed to overcome the beginning of our evening… Thank you to Nadir, the nice members of staff and the cooks!

Great rooftop bar with nice view of the city. Lady that sat us at the table was very friendly. Unfortunately, the server we had (short guy with the man-bun and napoleon complex) was the rudest waiter I’ve ever met. He seemed accommodating to other guests but was extremely condescending to us non-French speakers. A little racist, perhaps? It’s just not the kind of customer service a high end restaurant would want to be known for. I should’ve read the reviews about the discriminatory practices here before we went.

The receptionist does not know what is hospitality. I was told to sit at the bar inside for a while and she’ll advise me if there’s any place she could put me in the outer terrace. I ordered drinks and waited patiently for over 45 minutes. I then went to the reception and kindly asked if she can confirm there’s likely to be any table for me tonight otherwise I’ll just go. She checked the asked “just for you right?”… I have told her 45 minutes ago and it seems she completely forgot about me, the guest she put in the bar waiting. She didn’t express any sorry at all, not even a fake one. What kind of owner would hire such person, or is she the owner? Nice view but please don’t downgrade this place with horrible hospitality!

Went on the Wednesday before the Bank Holiday. Cool rooftop, has a DJ who played great tunes and got everyone dancing, bar with a dancefloor… happy days. Drink prices are ridiculous but it’s Geneva, 17.5chf for a flat prosecco, served by woman who couldn’t even manage a smile. Security staff were nice though, you win some you lose some. 😂
