First and foremost, this is a fast food place, so don’t expect anything else as some of the reviews here seemed to. Secondly, the main reason to come here is foremost the absolutely delicious chicken sandwich. Very simple in construction it is bun, sauce (spicy or regular), four pickle slices and battered chicken breast which I believe is brined or marinated for over 12 hours. The result is a very juicy and tasty sandwich which is well worth your time.If I was only rating that item, I would give 5/5, but unfortunately the other items be it the chicken strips / nuggets which were on the drier side and the fries which were soggy and lacking any crisp were disappointing.Bottom line, come for the chicken sandwich but keep your expectations in check for the rest of the menu.

Chicken is great but service at the time we visited was disappointing. We waited for around 45 minutes. My kids were so excited. But their fried chicken is really good – so crispy but not very oily. So overall it’s okay because the kids are happy. It’s right beside the train station too.

Even if it’s the last hour before closing the place and all the tables were very clean.Although they ran out of the original pieces the other products were all very tasty and FRESHLY prepared.Staff speaks English and they are helpful & friend.First time at Popeyes and we like it very much!

I like the spicy taste of the chicken and the burgers. Compare to Mc donald‘s, quality is much better. Only one thing was my iced tea tasted like mixed with water. Otherwise. everything was great. Reasonable price and fast service. I hope they open also in Lucerne, too.

It’s rare to see Pppeyes in Switzerland and considering this was my first popeyes experience in Switzerland it was great and as i expected, i wished if they have their famous bread available that would be awesome.
