I am disappointed with this stay. My room had no Clock. I requested one and the hotel failed to follow-up and provide me with a clock. Furthermore, this hotel did not provide newspapers at b’fast. Both of these issues are part of the Hilton Garden Inn brand standard items. I requested to speak with a manager and was told “we have no manager” . I feel that this property does not live up to its standard. I’m disappointed and would not recommend this property. As a further issue, the room was overly warm and the HVAC could not compensate for this. Temperature is a personal preference, but I add this as a further issue for this property.

Nice people, good food, ok prices. And the place is very nice.An update after a second visit: I guess it depends a bit on the current weitress: today’s lady was visibly not interested in having me as a customer and overcharged me 3.5 francs. I am not likely to re-visit the place.
