Sadly, quality of service, food and communication not what it used to be. Portions are still very generous for sure.Although the service this year was better than the year before, this still included omitting relevant information at due times and long waiting time.Most recent example: we were planning on cashing in a 2-for-1 coupon as part of their points-system and inquired on the possibility of this accordingly before sitting down. Instead of letting us know that they’ve been experiencing technical issues all though with scanning/accepting the coupons (… all day… and we were there in the evening…) they told us to wait until they could scan in our coupons before we order. After 20 minutes of nothing, they let us know we can start ordering. So we put in our order for food and drinks, with the coupon in mind. Personally, i had to wait another 30min to get my drink after my friend, shortly after which the food arrived. So we’re actually already 1h in before we can eat…After all this is done and we ask to pay, that’s when they let us know about all the technical issues they were dealing with that day, and how it couldn’t be fixed anymore either. So no cashing in of the coupon. Instead, we’re comforted off with the comment “you can cash it in on your next visit”Really would have liked to have the option to actively choose for myself if we should stay or not beforehand. We very likely would have either way, but I’d definitely feel better about making a decision AFTER knowing all the relevant facts.*Pictures not only from last visit*

Quality price is not worth it.The steak we ordered was tasteless and the quality of the meat improbable.I am still wondering where to find the taste of the fajitas.The watered coke and beer we had didn’t improve it either.At least the corn was nice same as the location and the outer terrace.

Drinks as usual fine, including alcohol free drink for my grand child. Unfortunately the menu “surf and turf” was very disappointing, meat dry cooked and with three shrimps. Initially (many years ago) this menu was the runner. Sorry new chef 👨‍🍳 cannot be recommended 😢

Pretty interesting restaurant, the way it’s decorated, the menu and music. I would have to say that they put a lot of effort into creating the Mexican/American atmosphere, not sure of they managed successfully.I would have expected more Mexican dishes considering the interior, they have a rich menu, but it’s mainly based on burgers, ribs and chicken wings.We went for the burger and the bbq ribs. The best thing about the burger were the pickles but overall was okay. The fries not so soft on the inside but we’re crispy on the outside.To be honest I would have expected a bit more of a kick in our dishes and maybe more flavor for the price we paid.The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout the evening.
