The food was good, but overpriced. I was negatively surprised when I was charged 5 .- for a glass of tap water (I was alone, only 1 person).This is not stated in the menu (they mention the price about only bottled water) and as I asked about that, I received the answer that they charge this amount for washing the glass after. And moreover the waiter ridiculously insisted that in any restaurant in Zürich tap water is charged, although it is obviously not true. For this reason, I would not return to that restaurant and would not recommend it.

After 2h and 50 min. our third plate did not arrive. Moreover our 3 dish course was way overcharged thinking about getting simple tomato pasta and a little anti pasti. The meat for 48 CHF was around 120g… Never going back there

Sorry to say but the worst: 18:00 empty restaurant, almost empty terrace, I arrived with crutches to drink something and eat a salad. The waiter answered that he was not willing to serve because the price of the salad was the smallest price in the menu and I should have take more, a first and a second. No where was written that you need a minimum of courses to be served. We had to argue and he was so arrogant and unpleasant that we left. The place it’s defined although as cucina cafe bar. A pity

Service is not that friendly. Once we arrived and asked for a table and felt rejected to the level that we bothered them to even talk to us. The other time we got a table with friends (they reserved), when we asked if they have affogato, and we were almost told: forget about that, rather get this what is on the menu. To be fair food is good, but if you care about nice good service, this is not the place.

The place is definitely italian. The menu was great and the food was fine but not exceptional. Drinks were great and the place was very crowded. They were very nice but they made us wait like crazy. I will definitely come back as the place seems to have potential. Let’s see next time.

The food was quite good but not exceptional. We left feeling cheated as the waiter didn’t mention the price for the meal or the wine once since we came in and the bill came out for 200chf for 2 people. I would have been happy to spend that much on food if I have known what I was paying for and can choose. No wonder why the place was empty vs tre fartelli down the street who was completely full (which was why we decided to take a chance on this restaurant). Definitely won’t come back nor recommend it to anyone.
