Locality/interior design, food quality and presentation very good. Service personnel needs more hospitality schooling (serving wine not over the guest’s shoulder and across the table to the other side, serving right food to right person…) small things but the icing on the cake

Outstanding restaurant with exceptional cuisine and very friendly staff, definitely worthy of its Michelin star.The beef tartare was amazing, probably the best I’ve ever had. The pasta dishes were creative and very flavorful. The meat dishes were beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. The desserts was an imaginative and delicious way to end the meal.The staff were always very friendly and professional. At the end of the meal, the chef even came up to every table to ask if everything had been ok!Dining at Ornellaia is truly an unforgettable experience which I would recommend to anyone staying in Zurich.

Today I had lunch there with a friend of mine.As a first impression I realized that it is a nice comfortable place with beautiful interior design.We were placed in the middle of the restaurant wich is not that big and rectangle shaped.From our table we could see directly in the kitchen 😀 was interesting to watch the personal at work.Now I have to say the service is excellent welcoming considerate and very speditive.The food was nice, but I was not that extremely impressed, but this is just my personal preference.The atmosphere so so I mean yes it has a nice design a little posh but I did not had that comfy feeling that some places give me wich again is a matter of personal preference. I do recommend it as I liked the experience per se, but I can not rate it as my big favorite.

Outstanding food and service. We had a la carte, the portions were great, unlike the usual degustation menu portion. We also ordered a birthday cake from them. My whole family thinks it is the best cake in Zurich they have tried, better than Sprüngli, or Stocker. I like it better than the Dolder Cake. The crispy pork belly was absolutely amazing!

I quite agree with the previous review from Ioana. The decor is wonderful and the personelle professional. Some of the food was heavenly, the chicken and the fish. Some was just okay. When i could not eat the beef because it was so overpowered by salt, i was told by the chef that only Asian customers complain about the salt. I may look Asian but coming from Canada, i find that response quite incomprehensible. I guess Asian guests should not go there. It was a nice evening but my friend and I were expecting the great food we‘d had there before.

Mind blowing experience! I came to this restaurant on my first day in Zurich and I loved it. Me and my boyfriend visit other Michelin star restaurants in the city and nothing can be compared to this place! We decided to come back on the last day of our trip and we didn’t regret it! Service and food was amazing and we would definitely recommend this as our first choice for fine dining in Switzerland!
