The staff was incredible and attentive. I regret not getting to speak to Fabien. It was amazing watching him work and executing the dishes. Next time I will definitely ask to take a photo (when he’s not in the middle of prep!). The rest of the staff was equally amazing. The front of the house were so helpful and warm. The back of the house was like an orchestra everyone working so well together. I would love if you could do a Chef’s Table which I guess is almost what I had since I basically spent most of the meal watching the kitchen. I really loved it and can’t wait to return!

We fell in love with this spot and will definitely be coming back. It’s best to go as a group (we were 4) and be able to try everything on the menu. The truffle bread is a must but everything else was equally delicious. (PS, as non-vegetarians, you do NOT miss the meat.)

What a fantastic vegan tasting experience. Was not expecting such creativity in the menu and presentation, but I guess that’s why they have a Michelin star.Seven or so dishes, themed around the current season. We had things like celery, beet root, mushrooms, and apricots. Unsure how frequently the items change, but I’m sure they will be amazing each time.If you choose the tasting menu, give yourself at least two hours to go through the entire process. I would high recommend it.

Interesting and varied vegetarian food. We went on a Wednesday and the place was packed. The surprise menu was great: it consists of six small plates for CHF 100. Just enough to make sure you don’t leave hungry, but not so much that you feel stuffed.
