The place is an authentic Japanese restaurant. We had a reservation in the sushi part. Everything was great. The host was very helpful. The sushi was fresh. I will definitely be coming again.

The place is small. And I mean tiny. It seats maybe ten people. You need to book well in advance, and be prepared to pay for the quality of the food and the whole experience, which is impeccable. We went to the side of the restaurant where you only eat tempura ( the other side serves arguably the best sushi in Geneva), where a fantastic chef fries the daily menu just in front of you. The ingredients were well chosen, we had a vegetable and seafood menu, and everything is as fresh as it gets. It is fascinating to be able to observe the entire process of preparation of the different kinds of food. Be ready to spend at least a couple of hours in here, since the chef does everything on the spot. The end result is nothing short of delicious. There is a limited but equally as delicious choice of desserts. I would definitely put it among the best restaurants in town, truly an experience worthy of your time and money.

Noisy during lunch time although the restaurant wasn’t full, the food is good. I had some fish with sesame oil for a starter and mackerel with a bowl of rice (not the best I had.. Japanese people would be disappointed) for the main dish and some yuzu sorbet. Sitting close to the entrance will be really noisy because of the entrance door when it shuts and there were some noisy clients. Overall the restaurant is good but not excellent. Total price 77.- for one person

This restaurant has two separate shops: one for tempura only, the other for sushi. Most items on the sushi menu are seafood which I don’t eat, but I managed to order a few of their non-seafood items. The yakitori was flavourful though the skin could be grilled for a little longer to make it crispy. The miso soup was very good with soft tofu and two bigger pieces of fried tofu. I also like the little beef appetizer they served on the house. The cucumber/avocado roll was not bad. But I didn’t like their Agedashi tofu… while the skin should be fried, it should still be soft, not hard which was not delicate at all.

We found it by chance, without having checked any comments. Actually, it is a small gastronomic Japanese restaurant with a very fresh sushi. You have to be patient, because there is a only one sushi man and he prepares it infront of you. They are delicious and melting in the mouth. You really have a gastronomic pleasure whilst eating.However when you receive the bill you understand that you live in Geneva ☝️🙈😊77 CHF for mini portion…Geneva, baby it’s Geneva…Apart that, the service is very attentive and with Japanese respect. We have been offered the small portion of « amuse bouche » which was very kind of them and actually very testy.

Made the first visit four months ago. First time was mind blowing, really good restaurant, incredible fish, rice and everything. A true japanese restaurant. I have no bad things to say about this place. Absolutely incredible every time I go there. Thank you for this experience. Totally worth it. Best sushi I’ve ever had.

This restaurant was recommended by my friend. Very nice atmosphere like in typical Japanese local restaurant, the service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The food is fantastic in quality, taste and with many varieties. Dessert is 😋 really good. Highly recommended. I am extremely satisfied.
