We came to celebrate our friend getting married and the celebration was spoiled. We arrived 15 minutes later and the stuff was extremely unfriendly and didn’t want to serve us even though the restaurant was almost empty. The food was overpriced and not special (which is typical for Switzerland). We complained about the stuff unfriendliness to the manager and she didn’t even apologise.We are very disappointed with this place!The only good thing is a quiet location and THAT IS IT

We had a wonderful and fine dinner in the garden of Marsoel. After 5 minutes the ordered drinks were on the table, after 30 minutes the food. The service was attentive and quick. We would love to come back to this pleasant atmosphere! I highly recommended this place.

Worse service I ever experienced in Switzerland. Seriusly, we waited 30min to get the menu. Other hour to get the food in our table (even if it was some pasta and mostly salads). When the food finally arrived we didn’t even had forks and knifes to eat it. No baby chairs. No WiFi available. At the end we had to ask 3 times to get the bill. Food is just ok, nothing special that makes it worth the waiting, not even the price. The owner should think of hiring at least 2 more waiters, or reducing the amount of tables, because the service is absolut rubbish.
