You definitively would not miss this restaurant on the first floor facing the Geneva lake. This place is usually packed with tourists because of the view of the jet fountain. The service was acceptable but could have been better for the price you pay. I enjoyed their signature cocktail. Food-wise it was good. I did enjoy the eggplant. The idea of using candles to warm the plates is actually pretty good. It keeps the dishes hot if you are taking a long dinner.

The manager arranged a table for us next to the window as it was a special occasion. The view was amazing, the food excellent and the service competent and friendly. Would definitely visit again!

Worst manager ever. The food was great and so were the waiters, all were delightful. Only issue is the manager, I believe. I was at the carnival nearby Lou One. I had to use the bathroom and the public washrooms were either unusable or unavailable and I’m staying approximately 15 minutes away by car from the restaurant. As it was a Sunday night, all stores were closed and most restaurants were closing up. I would have ordered an Uber but they take about 10 minutes to get where I am and it was urgent. I walked around for 20 minutes but couldn’t find any available washrooms and settled on entering the restraunt as my last resort. I entered and asked any waitress where the washroom was located at and went without causing unnecessary scenes. I was about to head out, cleaning my hands when suddenly the manager, male may I add, entered the women washroom looking furious. Mind that I’m a minor and seeing a middle aged man entering the woman washroom was alarming to say the least. He looked at me and sassily said “Just so you know, this is a private restroom, not a public one.” in a very rude manner. He was in the right about telling me to leave, I admit, but the way he went around things by entering the women washroom instead of sending a woman was where he was wrong. I was even going to apologize and offer paying 50 or 100 CHF for entering the bathroom, but he shut the door before I could think properly, that’s how shaken up I was. It’s especially frustrating when me and my family spent 600 CHF, tip included, there a few nights ago. I told my family about the situation, we were planning to dine there again but not anymore. Definitely lost a customer. Please teach him better manners.

Very rude manger, he is impolite and arrogant. The manager definitely needs a course in how to communicate with people. This makes the experience awful.

I’m not entirely sure what to think of this restaurant to be sure. The food is… ok. Good, kind of. But nothing to die for. The location is awesome with a beautiful view on Lake Geneva and the jet d’eau (geneva water fountain). It’s nice but expensive (even by Swiss standards). But the food… I’d say good but not spectacular. I’d say overall sufficient. Six out of ten. So 3 stars out of 5 is fair. The whole thing depends on whether you want to impress your guests for the view or for the food. If you decide the view, then I’d say excellent choice. If the food, then it’s ok. Nothing you’ll remember for the rest of your life lol.
