Fantastic Senegalese food which will leave you very full! The lamb chops were really tasty and beware that the red pepper sauce is chilllyyy (but tasty). Also the ambiance was lovely. Yes there was a bit of a wait but I expected it knowing how long African food generally takes to cook. The place was clean and service was friendly too. My cousin who took me here said the place gets reaaaalllyyyy busy at weekends and I understand why. I would definitely recommend and I hope Geneva begins to open more African restaurants! ✊🏾 P.S. can you make yourselves known on social media so I can tag the place on Instagram when I come back. X

Everything fresh and delicious. Portions fair and team was nice. Short menu with specialities- worth visit! Only thing, keep in mind it takes time- to order, to get served, to pay.

Not just the best Senegalese restaurant, but this is my favorite restaurant in all of Geneva. My mouth waters just thinking about their lamb Dibi. The Mafe is really good also.Tip: when you order for pickup the portion is more than when you done in.

Highly recommend this restaurant for authentic mouthwatering Senegalese dishes, and prices in line with Geneva’s standards. – testimony to this, the place was quite busy including takeaways and delivery orders.Service was also very good despite the fact one dish was delayed (one of us apparently always has a delayed/forgotten dish, so putting this on her and the restaurant retains its start).Venue was classy with traditional decoration which I guess some artifacts (masks, instruments, etc.) were up for sale.I’ll return and highly recommend.

Don’t let the uninspired name fool you. The food here is on a whole new level. It doesn’t try hard to impress but it’s amazing. Seems most dishes are Senegalese and choices range from the familiar to the adventurous. You’ll come here and realize that everyone who walks in the door knows everybody in the room except you, and that’s how you know it’s good.
