Do not order from Uber Eats 🚨the pizza comes in a super thin carton box that will arrive all soggy and, even worse, comes without any protection! Not even a sticker preventing from being opened or tampered with. I was amazed that such a nice restaurant would deliver orders like this.

The pizza is good, but the service is really bad. Don’t recommend to go there as a tourist because the staff there were really unfriendly to us.Sorry, but maybe try to be more welcoming to tourists aswell!

Loved the food, really high quality italian food! We had truffle ravioli and cacio e pepe. I would really recommend the ravioli. The setting was very chic, the staff was friendly and spoke good english. The aperol spritz was delicious and the bill was no more than 80 for two mains + two drinks!

The food is nothing to write home about. Pizza leaves a lot to be desired, but there is an interesting mix of starters.The staff is great, friendly and engaged in making the experience positive for the customers.It’s close to a few good bars, so it’s not a bad choice as a pit stop.

I wanted to try this place for sometime on the recommendation from #genevafoodstories and I wasn’t disappointed. I tried the margarita speciality and it was really delicious, I enjoyed this fluffy tasty pizza a lot. Pricing is moderate, nothing special for Geneva I have to say. I just popped in by myself so I could get a place but otherwise reservation is highly recommended as they almost always full. Service was friendly and fast.

I am really, really disappointed by what has happened here at Kytaly:during the first months of the pandemic, Kytaly has changed their recipes and their chefs, so the quality is now really bad while prices remain high!Before then, they used to have a special partnership with Franco Pepe (voted as best pizza maker in the world!) and the quality was simply amazing, to the point that they won the “best pizza of Switzerland” award.Now, they still show this badge of “best pizza”, but the partnership with Franco Pepe is gone, and the recipes have nothing to deal with what they had in the past.TL;DR – Quality used to be great, now it’s terrible and overpriced. Go somewhere else.

Had the pizza Scarpetta and this was the best pizza I’ve ever had! The dough was extremely soft that it was almost melting in my mouth. Some of the seating are on high tables which was not very comfortable to be honest. However I still highly recommend Kytaly for their pizza as it was just mind blowing!
