I was really in the mood for some weinerschnitzel and wasn’t finding a good restaurant with space (COVID) on short notice in the area. I happened to see some reviews of the restaurant at the hotel that mentioned how good their schnitzel was so decided it can’t be more convenient and I would give it a try.Super glad I did. The schnitzel wasn’t cheap, but it was a huge piece of veal that was right off the stove. It was truly delicious, hot, crisp and moist, and the fries and salad were were equally good. I wasn’t familiar with the fig/anchovy sauce but it was very good too. I’m not sure of the relationship between Courtyard and Kitchen & Bar but this is no marketplace like you see in the US and just a great restaurant on it’s own.The staff was professional but they seemed a little short handed with COVID, but would not hesitate to recommend eating here and will gladly return when I’m in Zurich.

I give 2 stars only for the decoration. Service awful,friendly yes but not professional. Cocktail,aperol spritz… YJust doesn’t feel good enough to be an aperol spritz.About the service, a woman ,very serious, just put her serving tray in our table, as a professional in this sector ,that’s a no go.Second my aperol spritz ,not a single bubble from prosecco. I complained but ignored.Gave this a chance and I got very very disappointed . So not recommended at all.

I ordered a burger medium-rare and i got a perfect medium-rare burger. The french fries were among the best i ever eat in zürich.The sevice was very kind and professional.

Not cheap, but they do have a nice breakfast buffet for 32.- pp. And the Schnitzel is great👌🏻 In the summer you can also go for a drink there, when you can sit outside. The bar inside is not very cosy, then I’d rather go to Jaime just a few meters away.

Terrible experience. 2 cocktails requested, both missing their main ingredients. Customer management borderline offensive and slow: manager was not even there, and after discussion over the phone she proposed a 10% discount on a darknstormy without rum!! I was not allowed to leave without paying. Below European standard. Got refunded by the reception of the partner hotel. I suggest not to invest your free time (and money) in this bar.
