Enchanting location at the lake, come on a sunny day. The service is great. We enjoyed our lunch a lot, the food was good, the view and the ambience made up the rest.

A bit on the pricy side, this Restaurant is located at an extraordinary place. Lovely view on the lake straight from the table – just always make sure you get one at the windows. The service was excellent, very welcoming and excellently trained staff. The meal was delicious, everything prepared to perfection. The day I was there, they dod not have any trout, so that was a little letdown – probably better ask on the phone first, if you go there for trout. But other than that, definitely worth a visit.

The service and food at this restaurant is first class. My husband and I enjoyed every moment from appetizer to dessert and the view is unbeatable. Not to mention that I have Celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. Our waiter knew what I could and couldn’t eat and assured me I would be happy with my meal. Stop by for lunch or dinner (especially on a sunny, warm day) and you will not be disappointed.

Just lives from the location. Service one of the worst ever seen, no attitude and customer focus. Reception not staffed most pf the time, rooms no mini bar fridge but warm beer on the table, bath room no shampoo or body wash provided etc. Not recommended for this price. Breakfast also very poor assortment.

Relatively cheap hotel (for the area). Staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are ok, but could use some upgrading. The beds definitely need an update. The beds are narrow and the mattresses have had their best time. If you’re lucky the view is amazing. I however had a room at the end of the hall and only had a view of the surrounding buildings. The restaurant is good quality. Nearby there are 2 other restaurants. There is a wooden walk bridge to the centre of Rapperswil-Jona. This is a 20 minute walk…If you have the time it’s nice to go here and enjoy the atmosphere and many restaurants.This hotel is fine for a business trip. I would not book here for a holiday.
