Lovely little place in Chur Aldstadt. We managed to sit down for lunch at 13:15 on a Tuesday when most other places were closed. They sat us down outside and the service was friendly and efficient. The food was good but we have this four stars as we think the food could have been a bit better. The nussli Salat with egg was tasty if you like a lot of bacon and egg with your salad. I though the spargelsuppe was too heavy on the cream, which was a pity. The Capuns were tasty too but we were used to it being served with more sauce.Also the toilets were clean, modern, lots of soap, toilet roll, good hand dryer and alcogel.

Grischuna forever. Don’t miss the cordon bleu: amazing. Excellent quality in an intimate ambience. Book in advance, and make some room in your stomach: generous portion.

Cold and slow service. Waitresss’ eyes are looking at the ceiling instead of the tables.Food is within average but the portion is far less then the other restaurant around.One star is for the crispy Rösti.

This is a traditional looking restaurant however it is not as relaxed as the general traditional stubli type restaurants but don’t let that deter you. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was great. I highly recommended this place.
