The four of us had dinner at Dieci tonight. The restaurant is very modern and clean. We loved the quietness, no loud music, no loud noises, so we could have a nice conversation. Mascarpone war zwar auf der Rechnung, versprechen wurde also gebrochen aber die Mascarpone fehlte trotzdem schon wieder. Haben dann angerufen und alles geschildert, auch das Versprechen. Uns wurde dann gesagt, die Pizza wird erneut geliefert. NICHTS von wegen das Geld geben sie uns zurück, NICHTS als Entschuldigung, nur das was sowiso Pflicht ist bei Fehlern vom Gastronom. Das was dann kam, ist die Pizza oben. Ernsthaft? So dreckig belegt, viel zu viel Mascarpone, das kann ja nicht der Ernst von euch sein, das wenn man sich beschwert das die Entschuldigung ist?! Als ich ein Stück von der neuen Pizza abtrennen wollte zerfiel die Pizza und der Belag rutschte komplett in einer Suppe in den Karton, also einfach ungeniessbar, das sieht man ja auch. Am Ende habe ich meine alte, kalte Pizza mit der „Suppe“ vom Kartoninneren dekort und so gegessen. Das kostete mich dann übrigens fast 20.-, sowieso relativ teuer, zahle ich aber gerne für eine gute Pizza. Die war nicht nur nicht gut sondern schlichtweg nicht geniessbar. Leider hat die Filiale schon zu, weshalb ich nicht erneut anrufen konnte, aber das ist wirklich zu viel des guten! Das nennt ihr essen? Jetzt habt ihr halt das Foto für alle online und das soll euch auch wirklich peinlich sein. Das habt ihr hergestellt und einem zahlenden Kunden geliefert! Wenn ihr euch solche blamagen ersparen wollt, seid doch etwas Kundenfreundlicher und stellt eine Pizza her die man wenigstens in Stücken rausholen und essen kann, Deal?
