Delicious fried chicken restaurant. The staff are very friendly and the service is very good. The chicken is halal and all of the items on the menu are very good. Ate there 5 times and the quality was always great. The only downside is that the waiting time can be a bit long when the restaurant has a lot of orders in. Usual waiting time is around 15 mins but when it’s busy it can be up to an hour. The food however was worth the wait. Overall, delicious food and very friendly staff.

So, there is a lot to say about this place, its a pretty new shop, that opened if I’m not mistaken in 2018, it’s one of the only restaurants in bienne that are specialised in fried chicken. The pricing is OK, not too expensive, not too cheap, the staff is probably the biggest perk of this fast food restaurant, they’re kind and full of humour, they’ll welcome you into the store with open arms and help you make your choice if you’re new to the restaurant. The ambiance is family friendly, the shop overall clean, the exterior may be a but shabby but the interior is good. Now for the food, the food is good, it was decently fast (around 20-30 minutes), the burger I chose ( I think it was named: the cheesy or something like that) was very good, not great but it was a solid burger, I think the downsides of this restaurant are maybe the French fries, and maybe the quality of the meat (its not bio and is imported from Brazil and the Netherlands, so battery chicken), by no means was the chicken meat bad, it just could be better, and I’d be willing to pay a little more for that extra quality, overall, good experience, best (fast) fried chicken in bienne that I’ve tried from, kind staff and a solid burger, don’t judge a book by its cover, go take a look inside and try the food, it’s an experience worth having, I hope this was useful for you.

Waited 45 minutes for my “fast food” order. On the other hand the burger was good, nothing special though. The girl at the counter was nice to us.

First of all, their service was amazing! They really know how to treat their customers well and the next thing is their food. It was so tasty and so many varieties. They provide quality food with great varities. Got to even try their new burger in black burger bun. It was very tasty. If you’re there make sure you try it out. The restaurant was very clean and great service as mentioned.
