My Second time here after 4 years and still the best dining experience and favorite restaurant in the world! I can easily write a paragraph about each dish I had but I don’t want to spoil the fun adventure for you. What I can tell you though, is that every bite you take from a single sophisticated dish gives you a different experience over time. The service was impeccable with about 7 staff serving only 10 tables the whole night. Will definitely visit again next time in Switzerland. I suggest to book at least a month early for an early dinner. Get there at least half an hour earlier to enjoy the view of the Rhine River with some wine on the terrace. Simply go with their full tasting menu and enjoy 3hrs of amazing food. Then afterwards you can return to the terrace to enjoy some coffee.

The finest dinner experience money can buy. Everything from A to Z was perfect. The best food without any disappointments. The chef cane to ask everyone how do they like the food. The waiters and waitresses were very polite, attentive, and talkative. I have written a long review for this almost 5 hour journey in a 3 Michelin starred restaurant, but I’ll just let you enjoy the pictures of it all :)(It also has 19 points from Gault Millau and is #4 in La Liste)

This is one the best restaurants where we have ever been. The whole experience is really on a different level and absolute top notch. It is hard to compare a 3 Michelin stars place that is consistently rated as one of the 3 best restaurants of Switzerland. Each course of the dinner was amazingly presented, each piece masterfully handcrafted to perfection. Some courses are molecular kitchen and really surprising. The drinks and wine card are as well exceptional. If you are looking for more than just a dinner, but a lasting experience – this is one of a kind place to go!

Cheval Blanc exceeds all expectations for fine dining. Each dish is a work of art in presentation and taste. The mix of flavors are incredible. I loved the sweet and savory bites with the crunch factor. The fish was cooked to perfection. I also had pigeon which was cooked rare for optimum taste. Chef Peter Knogl takes dining to the highest level. There are only eight tables in the restaurant and the price for the experience isn’t cheap. Expect to pay between 200-400 dollars person for lunch or dinner. Believe me its worth the money. I came to Basel just to dine here. Service is the best.

Once you reach that great, people are willing to wait for a month to eat your food, (we are waiting for a month to get a table) this is not even on the weekend. And you are willing to drive an hour to get there, you just want to satisfy your tounge. Every bite you experience something, sometimes the food bring you to tha place where the spice are from. You travel around the world with the menu they over.
