We had Sunday brunch there. Good food. Good value for money. Children and family friendly. Nice staff. What we liked less: we ordered eggs Benedicte. After 45 mins still nothing. Upon asking the staff apologized for the delay and offered a muesli to compensate… when the eggs arrived they were not very warm, and nobody checked our COVID pass upon entrance…

Had the Röster Steak Waffeln and it was absolutely delicious. Seriously don’t understand the previous comment! We love coming here with our kids and the service is always friendly and attentive. Our stash of beans is also from the Onesto Rösterei.

Had some great breakfasts here, but sadly the menu has been drastically reduced as they not allowed to have kitchen any more. I understand due to complaint from neighbouring business. A real shame

Were there on Sunday morning (9.30) for brunch and were very excited! Although there were not many guests yet, we had to wait half an hour for our pancakes. The taste of the pancakes was great, but the many fruits seemed a bit bland – less and more berries would have been more appropriate. The coffee looked nice, but we would have expected a Latte Art at the Flat White, as it is a coffee roasting company…

Excellent place for a relaxed brunch. Having tried most things on the menu now in multiple visits, I like the eggs Benedict more than the omlet, and the waffle more than the pancakes, but they are all good. They have a lot of kids toys and books and puzzles, and the place has a very relaxed, casual vibe. I think the coffee could be “better”, but this place is still one of the nicer places in Horgen for brunch.

Went there yesterday with a fiend for a coffee and ordered 2 lattes. Waitress (blonde girl) brought (or better to say threw) them, spilled my friends’ coffee and ignored our “thank you”. Well we kinda got used to rude service so we ignored this.The coffee was over-roasted and smelled like burnt and that wasn’t latte at all. So we asked to change it. They brought us new coffees but they had the same taste. We didn’t want to argue so I just added a lot of sugar and my friend didn’t drink her coffee at all.After that owner brought us apologies croissants (that’s why I put 2 stars).The thing is – I understand that they use special roasting technique and not everyone likes it, but you also have to know how to make proper coffee latte or cappuccino and it’s not done just by adding milk in espresso🤷‍♀️And I really recommend owner even sometimes just apologize and admit they we’re wrong. Every answer here causes unwillingness to come to this place
