Just really bad service altogether. Always thoroughly check your order, especially if it’s to take away! Today we got a completely empty bag of fries instead of a full one. Missing sauces, sides, wrong orders and unmarked Cola Zero vs Cola classic are also a regular occurrence in this place.

way too slow I waited for 17 mins for just a single sundae then left. It’s supposed to be a fast-food not a cheap quality food chain slower than a regular restaurant.+ it’s close to the train station so if they had taken 2 seconds to even proceed that piece information then they would maybe have realized that people who go there are probably in a hurry.Anyway I hope the money I spent on that ice cream doesn’t turn into a tip for the employees.

After years of going only to McD, wanted to give them a try. The whopper is alright, with a good amount of vegetables and meat. However, and that’s what really motivating the 2 missing stars is the size of the Big King XXL menu, where the burger is smaller (!) than the whopper. WTH? You pay more for a burger that’s worse than the entry level product?! Felt like a ripoff.

Not great but still better than the McDonald’s in Oerlikon. Hit and miss with the service staff. A couple of Spanish-speaking girls are not polite and more interested in talking with each other. Other staff are ok. In my experience, burgers are at least not cold (unlike the McDonald’s)

This restaurant is notoriously not packing the sauces at all for the nuggets. It happened with almost all my deliveries. Guys wake up, I had soo many deliveries with you and I maybe got the sauce twice. Its not only about the money, the nuggets without the sauce is a disappointment. Other then that the food is up to BK standards

Don’t go to this slow food “restaurant”. In the time you wait for your order you can order for a whole football team at the Subway next door. Worst BK in Switzerland when it comes to service and quality: Service personnel is super disoriented and slow, food gets cold in the waiting window, comes out cold and looks unappetizing. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food and were utterly disappointed. Even at McDonald’s 200m away you pay 30% less and get better food and very fast. Go to pretty much any other fast food chain and get a better deal.
