This is the restaurant of Pullman Hotel Basel. Its very quiet a place and you won’t find the typical Altstadt crowd here. They have a very small menu. I took Fitness salad . Simple food , simple deserts served simply . No one is aiming at a prize in food decoration. The most striking feature – very less crowd. One can read a book or two can have a cosy chat .

Das alles zusammen mit einem wirklich schönen Ambiente, einfach spitze! Klar waren die Preise auch an Schweizer Verhältnisse angepasst aber es hat sich auf jeden gelohnt. Zumal man sogar bemerkte das wir etwas auf dem Stuhl liegen gelassen hatten als wir das Restaurant verlassen habe. Zusammen gefasst, ich kann das Bistro Europa nur empfehlen und werde sicherlich wieder zu Gast sein 🙂 es war einfach kreative, köstlich und super Service.
